Health & security

Climate change, severe weather conditions and disasters and air pollution from the burning of fossil fuels are already negatively affecting human health. Meanwhile extreme events are also threatening the security of our energy systems. Addressing climate change, improving disaster preparedness and responses and developing cleaner forms of energy will have numerous health benefits for our society, and for the stability of civil society.

Our members' work broadly encompasses state and human security, health and wellbeing, human security, energy systems, infrastructure, emergency preparedness and disaster responses.
