I am a Wiradjuri Gundungurra women currently studying a PhD with the ANU Fenner School of Environment and Society in collaboration with the School of Culture, History and Language and Latrobe University. My PhD looks at the extent and source/sources of mercury pollution in Gippsland, Victoria. I have a background in medicinal chemistry and pharmacology but made the switch to environmental chemistry when I started working for the former Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment. I still work part time for the Department of Climate Change, Environment, Energy and Water. When not studying or working I enjoy spending time with my many pets.
