Hola! I’m Ana, a chemical engineer-turned-geochemist, with a passion for (active) volcanoes. Particularly, I’m interested in studying the processes by which low- and high- temperature gas interactions with rocks, or with aqueous environments, occur and how these affect the re-distribution of elements on earth. My current project seeks to constrain the impact of hot gas interactions with volcanic rocks in ore-formation processes, so stay tuned…
Besides science, I’m an ukulele enthusiast and a Schafkopf player.
