Robert Vivili has recently joined the ICEDS team in early January 2024 as a Project Officer for the Tonga solar desalination project.

He has previously worked with the Tongan government with the Climate Change department assisting with community-based resilience projects.

Most recently he had worked as the National Facilitator for the PHAMA Plus Program in Tonga focusing on market access and trade facilitation.

Robert holds a Masters of Disaster Resilience and Sustainable Development from the University of Newcastle, Australia and Bachelor of Arts majoring in Geography and Politics from the University of the South Pacific in Fiji.
