David worked from 2009 in Directorate General of Electricity, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Indonesia.  With funding from LPDP (Indonesian Endowment Fund for Education),  he is undertaking at PhD, under the supervision of Prof. Andrew Blakers,  at the Research School of Electrical, Energy, and Material Engineering, College of Engineering and Computer Science on 100% renewable energy integration in Indonesia
