Sally Wilson

Sally Wilson is a PhD candidate at the Crawford School of Public Policy with prior experience as a lawyer.

Most recently she has been working as part of an interdisciplinary research team at the Australian National University focused on energy insecurity and related issues in the energy transition.

In 2022, Sally was awarded the Garnaut Prize for highest achievement in the Master of Climate Change and received a Chancellor's Commendation in 2024.

Her PhD project investigates the mandatory use of household prepayment for electricity services in remote First Nations communities in Australia in the context of energy system transition and climate change.
