Dr Yimao Wan

Dr Yimao Wan is a Research Fellow at the Research School of Engineering at the Australian National University since 2014. He has over 13 years’ experience as a scientific researcher and project manager in semiconductor and photovoltaics. He obtained a PhD from the ANU in 2014, with a thesis on surface passivating materials for high efficiency silicon solar cells. After the pursue of bachelor degree from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technology University in 2004, he worked six years in semiconductor industries for process research and development. His current research interests are in silicon solar cells, silicon/perovskite tandem solar cells, solar-driven water splitting, and silicon-based battery.
