Dr Qiang (Michael) Gao
Contacts
Qiang (Michael) Gao is a Research Fellow in the Department of Electronic Materials Engineering, ANU Research School of Physics and Engineering.
Research interests
His research interests are Epitaxial growth (MOCVD) and characterization of dilute III-V nitride (GaAsN or InGaAsN) semiconductor structures and devices. Aim to grow high crystal quality materials and make 1.3 um laser devices.
