Associate Professor Marnie Shaw

Research Fellow

Marnie Shaw is the Deputy Director of the School of Engineering at the Australian National University.  Her research program combines engineering and social research to design technology that supports the people-powered push towards a resilient, decarbonised and distributed energy system. Marnie has a PhD from the University of Melbourne and has worked in industry and academia in Australia, USA and Germany. In 2023, Marnie was a recipient of a Chloe Munro Scholarship for Transformational Leadership from the Clean Energy Council.
