Renewable Rocket Fuels – Going Green and Into Space
Space Australia cited Prof Wojciech Lipinksi’s research into carbon-neutral fuels for aerospace and aviation in its feature on renewable rocket fuels.
Prof. Lipiński told the news site that carbon neutral fuels are synthetic fuels produced from solar energy, water and renewable carbon sources (such as biomass or air captured carbon dioxide), adding they would allow sustainable aerospace transportation, compatible with existing infrastructure.
The article also quotes Prof Anna Moore, Director of ANU InSpace.
