Scholarship for Master of Energy Change: applications now open
Jennifer & Ian Prosser Scholarship
The Energy Change Institute is pleased to offer the Jennifer and Ian Prosser Scholarship to support a first year Master of Energy Change student. Applications for Semester 1, 2019 close on 28 November 2018.
Funding for this award has been provided by Jennifer and Ian Prosser, Canberra residents who value the importance of higher education at ANU, the interdisciplinary approach to energy change and sustainability, and the need to support regional and rural students of Australia.
Eligibility
The award is available each year to a prospective ANU student who:
- is a domestic student
- is enrolled/enrolling in the first year of a Master of Energy Change (Coursework)
- has a permanent home address that is in a regional or remote area as defined by the Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS) - http://www.doctorconnect.gov.au/internet/otd/publishing.nsf/Content/ASGSRA_locator
- is from a financially disadvantaged background.

Benefits
The value of the award is for $5,000 for one year.
How to apply
The application is submitted through the University Admission Centre (UAC) Equity Scholarships portal and a certified copy of an academic transcript or a link to an academic transcript in digitary or another similar platform forwarded to energy.change@anu.edu.au. In your email please state that you are forwarding your transcript in order to apply for the scholarship. Note - if you do not submit a complete application - UAC Equity Scholarship application and emailed transcript - you will not be considered for the scholarship.
