Dr Philip Kokic

Dr. Philip Kokic is a Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Climate, Energy & Disaster Solutions at The Australian National University.

Philip has worked as a statistician in various academic institutes, for government and private industry, both in Australia and overseas. His work has covered a broad range of application areas including sample survey design and analysis, economic and econometric analysis, financial and credit risk analysis, and more recently climate risk analysis.

Philip has published over a hundred refereed articles including academic journal articles, book chapters, research reports and industry articles.

He has undertaken operational climate risk analysis for the agricultural, mining, financial and telecommunication sectors as well as develop sophisticated statistical software for these analyses.
