Dr Julie Tournet

Julie is a post-doctoral research fellow at ANU. She completed her B.Sc. in Physics and Engineering in Europe (Paris, Brest and Barcelona). She completed her MASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Nanotechnology) at the University of Waterloo (Canada) and her PhD in Electronics at the University of Montpellier (France) with a European Marie Curie scholarship. She has 6 years of experience in epitaxy, both in MBE and MOCVD. She also has experience in material characterization and microfabrication (clean room processing).

Monolithic integration of III-Vs on Si

Solar cells, photoelectrochemical cells
