Thanh’s work focuses on climate and energy transition, sustainable development, and international trade.
She has previously worked in research and policy roles with universities, government institutions, and international organisations, including the Central Institute for Economic Management and the World Bank in Vietnam. Her work has covered climate-related socioeconomic vulnerability, sustainable fisheries, and foreign direct investment.
Thanh currently works in the Executive Education team at the ANU Institute for Climate, Energy and Disaster Solutions and as a Research Officer with the Water Justice Hub and the Hub for Vietnam Policy Studies at the Crawford School of Public Policy.
