The ANU Institute for Climate, Energy & Disaster Solutions (ICEDS) is seeking a Research Fellow to coordinate and generate research focusing on transformational climate adaptation. 

The Research Fellow will undertake independent research on transformational climate adaptations including developing and testing theories of transformative change and identifying transformative, innovative and robust strategies to address climate change.

To excel in this role, you will have a PhD in the social sciences or other domain related to transformational change, with a track record of independent research in the field of climate adaptation, climate risk management or environment-society interactions.  You will demonstrate the ability to articulate and prosecute innovative research in the field of climate adaptation inclusive of identifying transformative, innovative and robust strategies and a vision for the activities you would undertake at ANU
