Dr Ziyuan Li

Dr. Ziyuan Li received her B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) in 2009 and Ph.D. from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2013. Currently she is a research officer in Research School of Physics and Engineering, the Australian National University (ANU). Her research interests include development of various fabrication/characterization processes for a broad range of optoelectronic devices based on different semiconductor nanowire materials and novel 2D materials.
