Tegan Clark

Tegan Clark is a PhD Candidate at the Fenner School of Environment and Society and a Research Assistant at the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership. Her PhD seeks to improve the detection and tracking of Australian dust storms using geostationary satellite Himawari-8/9. Taking an interdisciplinary approach to her research, Tegan also looks at how we can build resilience against and preparedness for dust storms, especially under a changing climate.

Outside of this research, Tegan actively publishes research on equity and diversity in STEM. She is also the Founder of the Oceania Youth Climate Negotiation Network which trains young people across the Pacific and Australia in international climate policy, negotiations and advocacy.
