About
Diana is a PhD candidate in the CASS School of Archaeology and Anthropology.
Her doctoral research examines how the language of sustainability and carbon sequestration is being utilised to promulgate projects of peatland conservation and superfood commercialisation in the Peruvian Amazon, where she conducted over 22 months of fieldwork.
As of July 2025, Diana joined the University of Barcelona as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Social Anthropology, examining agricultural and migration infrastructures as part of the ERC-funded FOODCIRCUITS project.
