Hoe Tan is a Senior Fellow with the Department of Electronic Materials Engineering (EME) in the ANU College of Science. His research interests include: epitaxial growth of low dimensional semiconductor structures and devices; ion implantation of semiconductors for optoelectronic applications; device fabrication/processing and testing/characterisation of optoelectronic devices; and technology development for optoelectronics-related products/components.
