Dr Dan is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Climate and Energy Policy, at the Crawford School of Public Policy. He is currently looking at decarbonisation of iron and steel industry between Australia and Japan.

His research interests also include hybrid energy systems, electrification of remote locations, and hydrogen as a sustainable energy carrier.
